Do I need to register a business to buy in bulk?
No business registration is required for retail buyer accounts up to a defined volume threshold. Above that threshold — and for BNPL credit access — we require basic business documentation (CAC, tax identification, or proof of trading address). The threshold is generous enough that informal retailers can buy at scale before registration becomes necessary.
How does delivery work outside Accra?
Same-day delivery is available across Accra for most SKUs. For other major cities (Kumasi, Tamale, Cape Coast, Takoradi, Tema, Sekondi), we deliver via our last-mile partner network with 2-4 day timelines depending on SKU and supplier location. Delivery fees are quoted transparently at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination.
Can I source products that aren't on the platform?
Yes. Special sourcing is available for products outside our standard catalogue — uncommon raw materials, custom packaging, brand-specific SKUs, and bulk volumes above standard listings. Submit a sourcing brief through the contact form; our sourcing team responds within three business days with availability and quote.
