Pengli is a B2B wholesale marketplace built for the operational realities of Ghanaian retail. Kiosk operators, small supermarkets, restaurants, and SME manufacturers source bulk goods from verified suppliers through a single platform — with transparent pricing, flexible payment terms, and last-mile delivery that actually shows up. We're operationally based in Accra with a growing presence across the southwest, southeast, and northern regions.
How we vet suppliers
Every supplier on Pengli passes a structured vetting process — CAC documentation, manufacturer authorization where applicable, sample-batch inspection, and reference checks across at least three previous wholesale customers. We say no to roughly half of supplier applications. The bar matters because the cost of a bad supplier is borne by the retailer, not the platform.
How buy-now-pay-later works
BNPL is available to verified retailers based on platform order history, retailer profile, and our credit-partner risk scoring. Credit limits start at modest levels and scale with consistent repayment history. We work with major Ghanaian banks to underwrite credit; settlement to suppliers is unaffected by retailer payment timing.
